What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as the link between customers and our roofing teams, ensuring a clear, professional, and stress-free experience.
Attend pre-qualified appointments at residential and commercial properties
Carry out basic roof inspections (visual or assisted — training provided)
Clearly explain findings and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare accurate quotations and explain available options
Maintain communication with customers throughout the project
Liaise closely with the installation team to ensure a smooth handover
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone professional, organised, and customer-focused.
Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales preferred
Well-organised with good follow-up habits
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and mobile apps
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Comfortable with ladder access and basic roof inspections (training provided)
