This ageing flat roof on a small retail complex was beginning to suffer from minor leaks and surface deterioration caused by prolonged weather exposure. A full roof replacement was not required, so a premium elastomeric coating system was applied to restore waterproofing, improve thermal performance, and extend the roof’s lifespan by more than a decade — without disrupting business operations.
