2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and roofing requirements

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours

• Obtain any required permissions, planning approvals, or landlord consent prior to work commencing

• Respond promptly to approvals, queries, or change requests to avoid delays

3. Quotations, Fees, and Payment

• All quotations are valid for a limited period as stated

• Prices may be subject to change if the scope of work is altered

• Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or invoice

• Late payments may result in work suspension or additional charges

• Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced

4. Variations and Additional Work

Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be treated as a variation and may incur additional charges.

All variations will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

5. Project Timelines

• Estimated timelines are provided in good faith

• Delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, access issues, or unforeseen structural findings

• Zenith Roofing will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

6. Warranties and Workmanship

• All work is carried out with reasonable skill and care in accordance with UK industry standards

• Workmanship warranties are provided where stated in writing

• Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and are subject to manufacturer terms

7. Health and Safety

We operate in compliance with UK health and safety regulations.

Clients must ensure the site is safe, accessible, and free from hazards that may affect our team or the work being carried out.

8. Liability

• Zenith Roofing is not liable for pre-existing structural defects or hidden damage uncovered during works

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third parties, extreme weather, or force majeure events

• Liability is limited to the value of the contracted works, except where prohibited by law

9. Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, documentation, and website content remain the intellectual property of Zenith Roofing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to use completed project images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement in writing.

Any work completed, materials ordered, or costs incurred up to the termination date remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
